Already have a menu link? Make its QR code here
Paste the link and download the code as PNG or SVG. Free, no sign-up, no email. The code is made on your phone; nothing is sent to us.
No menu link? Make one from a photo. Snap your menu and we build the menu page diners open, with its own QR that never changes.
What a free QR menu should give you
Most free QR code generators turn a link you already have into a square to print. If your menu is a photo or a PDF, the square opens a photo or a PDF, which is hard to read on a phone.
| A QR image generator | Full Room, free | |
|---|---|---|
| Starts from | A link you already have | Your menu photo, PDF, old website or GloriaFood link |
| Diners see | Whatever the link opens | A menu page with prices as text, sizes and choices, Call and Directions |
| Price changes | Change the page yourself, somewhere | From your phone, in seconds; the same QR shows it |
| Print kit | A PNG of the code | Table tent, window sticker and counter flyer, print-ready |
| Orders | None | Pickup orders that ring your phone: first month unlimited, then 50 a month free |

How to make a QR code menu
- Give us your menu. Snap the board or the paper menu, upload the PDF, or paste your website or GloriaFood link. Typed prices are read as they are; a photo is read twice.
- Check what we're unsure of. Any price we can't read for certain waits for your tap. No guessed price ever goes on your menu.
- Go live and print. Your email, one tap, no card. Download the table tent, window sticker and flyer. Put them out; diners scan with the phone camera, no app.
Change a price, keep the same QR
The QR points at your menu link, not a file. When eggs go up or a dish sells out, change it from your phone and every printed QR shows the new menu at once. You never reprint for a price.
- Mark a dish sold out for today, back tomorrow on its own.
- Today's special at the top of your menu.
- Your hours from your phone; for a food truck, where you are today.
- Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free tags diners see before they ask.

Make my QR menu freeQuestions
Is the QR code menu really free?
Yes. The menu page, the QR codes and the print kit are free for good, with no card and no end date. Pickup ordering is unlimited for your first month, then free up to 50 orders a month. Only if you want your own .com and unlimited orders is there a price: Full Room Pro, $149 a year, with the .com registered and pointed at your menu for you.
Do diners need an app to scan it?
No. Any iPhone or Android camera opens it. Your menu loads as a normal web page, fast on a weak signal.
Can I change the menu after I print the QR?
Yes, as often as you like. The QR opens your menu link, so the printed code always shows today's menu.
I already have a website. Do I still need this?
Paste your website and we read the menu from it. Many restaurant sites show the menu as a PDF or a picture; your menu page shows it as text with an Order button, and you can link it from your site.
Can diners order from the QR menu?
Yes, for pickup. They pick dishes and a pickup time, the order arrives written down, and your phone rings until you start it. They pay you when they collect.
PDF menu or web menu: which is better behind a QR code?
A web menu. A PDF opens as a small page diners pinch and zoom, often slowly on a weak signal, and Google can't read its prices well. A web menu shows each dish and price as text at phone size, loads fast, and lets diners tap Call, Directions or Order. If your menu is a PDF today, upload it and we turn it into a web menu.
Does the QR code change when my prices change?
No. A QR code holds a link, not your menu. As long as the link stays the same, every printed code keeps working, and diners see whatever the page shows today. That's why the code from the tool above should point at a menu page you can edit, not at a PDF file whose name changes each time you save a new one.
How big should I print a QR code menu?
At least 2 by 2 cm (about 0.8 inch) for a table, larger for a window people scan from a step back: a common rule is the scanning distance divided by 10. Print it black on white with a white border around it, test it with two phones before you print a batch, and add a short line like "Scan for the menu" so diners know what it opens.
